Technical Services during the Project development
Our team of experienced professionals will assist investors in the early stages of a development, working together with the architects and interior designers and reviewing designs and lay-outs for optimum operational efficiency which can save significant amounts of money.We are also able to prepare lists for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), Operating Equipment and recommend Front & Back Office Management and IT systems.Our Finance team prepares Pre-Opening budgets and working capital projections as well as one to fifteen year projections.
Pre-Opening Services
During the Pre-Opening period which is usually one year to six months before the Soft Opening date, our team prepares for the opening of the property and undertakes such tasks as the Recruitment of the Executive committee and staff and training the team which will later on run the hotel, setting up all the departments, developing sales and marketing plans and collateral to sell the property, setting up websites, online reservation systems and all necessary action to successfully open your property on time and on the agreed budget.
