Marbella Hotels, Resorts & Residences was founded by Mr. Kosmian Pudjiadi, who is also the Secretary General of IHRA (The Indonesian Hotel’s and Restaurant Association) with over 6,000 members. He started out in early 1994 with his first Marbella development in Anyer, Banten Province. Marbella Anyer was developed as a mixed – use facility comprising of a 5 star hotel and private owned condominiums, containing 580 rooms, suites and apartments set on 10 hectare of beachfront property.

In 2004, Mr. Kosmian Pudjiadi together with his wife, Mrs. Ratih Pudjiadi set up a new owning and management company called PT. Konrat Pudjiadi with the purpose of expanding the Marbella brand, creating the base for their visionary property projects.

In 2006, PT. Konrat Pudjiadi opened Marbella Kemang, a 19 storey high rise residential complex in the heart of Kemang in Jakarta with over 440 apartments units for rent and sale. The very next year, in 2007 another development was under way with the ground breaking of Marbella Dago Pakar, Bandung another mixed – use facility including a 5 star Hotel and private owned condominiums which opened its doors in September 2009. In June 2012, Cattleya Suite Condotel, managed by the Marbella Group opened its doors , offering 28 units of Junior Suite and One to Three Bedrooms luxurious Pool Suites. Currently several new projects are under way in Bali and other key cities in Indonesia
